I'm trying to wipe my tour 9630 with JL_cmder,but i keep getting 'unable to open port'

Why are you trying to wipe it? is is possible the BB is defective?
did you drop it or get it wet?

Type in the wrong password 10 times in a row. You will be prompted to type in BLACKBERRY and the wipe should begin.
