Default Storm Retail Price??

Please Login to Remove!

I've seen the official release, and "new" plan pricing info, but can't seem to find anything about how much I'm going to have to drop on this thing next Friday to buy it straight up retail. Any word out there?

Thanks!

I'd be cool with that. I just haven't been a fan of this "marketing" scheme Verizon's used here. Good grief, give people some time to save, prepare, and investigate....

Thanks for the info... hopefully if anyone hear's anything more concrete they'll let us know!

I switched to Verizon from AT&T, just to get the Storm (and better service in my area), I enjoyed the touch screen from previously having the iphone. My verizon rep emailed me that it would be out by the 14th or 15th, but I have until the 18th to trade my new phone in for the Storm, since it actually comes out on the 21st, later than my trade in date, the rep said I had to pay a $20 restocking fee, but that "they did lower the price for that week to $199.99 after the $50 rebate". I don't know if he "mentioned" that to throw me off of having to pay for the restock, or if it was something he knows they are doing.

Seriously? There's been so much info for MONTHS about this phone. The only things we were waiting for was a definite release date and price.
