Use Media Manager included in Desktop Manager.

All of the video converters are slow. Roxio is simple.

But Roxio does seem to have an audio issue with me...at least after 4.5, I will get the video but depending on the file I won't get audio sometimes. I dunno if it is a codec thing or what.

Dunno if this had been mention before, if you use media manager, you can plug in a usb thumb drive and have the video rip to the usb thumb drive instead of having your phone plug in.
