Call 1-800-922-0204 and ask them to look it up for you.
EDIT: I just called for mine and it is not on my account yet. The CSR said the order was processed and it could take a few hours for the system to update with a tracking number. As I posted above, it looks as if FedEx will show up before VZW's system has the tracking number.
