Default Emails Activation / Enterprise Activation

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, guys.

I'm not sure if those are the same thing. I think so.

I tried to do the Enterprise Activation, but there seemed to be an error every time. It took me a while to realise I needed to register first. On my BB, there's no option for first - time users (to register). I found out I could do it online. Jumped on the Orange website, provided my PIN / IMEI number to only find out that my device wasn't linked to my ..Wireless Connection. Apparently.

Once I click on the Options --> Device --> whatever Settings --> Host..something something..I find a list of connections that all have the same names (mostly numbers) and none is the connection I use; the one of our house.

I have absolutely no idea what to do! I must have clicked on Register on one of those Connections, but nothing has changed.

H-E-L-P!

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account?
Enterprise Activation is only for business accounts where a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) is available.

Thank you for your response!

Crisis (almost entirely) averted, guys.

I've been able to add Email Accounts and receive Notifications of new emails. The Enterprise Activation is failing me, still. There seems to be a problem when it tries to connect with the server. But I'll give it another go again.

Thanks for all of your replies, though!

Enterprise Activation is for business accounts; do you have a BES (if so, please contact the BES administrator).
