If you're relying on those messages getting out, be careful. Some of us have experienced messages going out but not being delivered to the recipient - I sent one to another email of mine and it wasn't delivered until an hour later (when a handful of messages started going through). Still, it's only temporary.

no bis mail in Phoenix - tried 4 times with different addresses to my bb... no go... and the bis site just flashes and repaints the screen, but i cannot get past the logon screen. :o

My BIS got up and running about 10 Central time. Most issues seem to have cleared by by now. If you are still down, I would advise to call your carrier.

It's just an outage... these things happen.
I don't see the point of getting all worked up over it.
Use the downtime to your advantage. Read a book, go play raquetball, hone your Guitar Hero skills, whatever.
It'll be fixed. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it certainly won't be the last.

As always, I would recommend a battery pull reboot, and/or HRT Register.
What was occurring this AM seems to be cleared up in most places, and Long Island is a highly populated place. I would think by now we would have seen more than one LI user asking about this.

My email works, but as of yesterday, HTML does not properly come up anymore.

I get HTML code instead of seeing the message in HTML (fonts, pictures, etc.)
I've tried everything... reinstalled Rogers, T-Mo, and East Asian 4.5.0.81, resent service books, wiped the device with no restore performed, called T-mobile, nothing... It just started yesterday. I was receiving HTML emails before that just fine. |

Emails stopped for me around 2pm PST... still touch-n-go at 811pm PST. Some get through, other don't. I have to check my webclient to read the remainding emails.

I have the same problem. Running 4.5.0.69 on T-Mobile. Did you ever resolve your issue? |
