One suggestion after reading all these posts... on the QWERTY keyboard model BlackBerrys, you are able to access many features with a Homescreen shortcut, such as tapping A for AddressBook, M for Messages, etc., a full list and how to enable those shortcuts are listed here:

With that in mind, you can set your convenience key to another programs should you wish, that is not on this list.

Application Switcher.. For those that do voice dial, can;t you do that with your bluetooth headset? Or do you actually use the voice dial with the handset?

I have mine set to voice dial right now, but I don't like how long it takes for her to load so I'm considering other options. Lots of good ideas on here.
