Default http error 413: request entty too large

Please Login to Remove!

my girlfriend and i have both have 8310 curve's thru at&t.

i have had no problem downloading ringtones from mobile9.com

however, when i try to download ringtones using her curve, she keeps getting the following error message.....

"http error 413: request entity too large

the page you requested could not be loaded.
please try loading a different page."

i have done some searches and tried their suggestions, but none have helped.

can anyone please help me out with this one?

thanks.

yes, it is. would that be a problem? from what i gather her employer's tech dept. is not the most helpful.
they gave her the blackberry, charger, and case and set her on her way.

that is why when i purchased mine last week, we were BOTH lost. LOL.

i just think it is silly that an employee cannot even personalize their phone with such a thing as a ringtone.

I should tell our systems admin about that setting. I get that error constantly if I'm using Blackberry Browser, which goes through BES. You can avoid this by using Internet Browser which, as far as I can tell, goes directly to your service provider. That's how it works for me, at least.
