Yes. It's the little hole at the bottom of the phone. Maybe I should get a gold chain and hang it from my neck for some bling bling. :P
I think it is a silly "feature" and I will not being swinging my 7100T

I don't know anyone who would use it... esp without a case that you could keep around the 7100 while using the loop. Maybe japanese schoolgirls but this isn't being sold there.

I concur - I don't think anyone will actually use it. That being said, the 7100t design is 100x better than the 7100v from Vodafone. To be honest, if we had the 7100v design in the States, I'd be hesitant to buy it just b/c of the design.

Why do you dislike the 7100v? I think it looks better than the 7100T. Of course I tend to be a "grass is alway greener on the other side of the fence" kind of guy. That being said...I am very happy with the 7100T. I don't really like the Vodaphone theme, but the phone itself looks pretty slick. I am using the old BB default theme{not list} that was downloaded from the thread below. I wish someone could fix the IM icon in that theme though. Thanks to Jaysen for that easy install program!

Although I don't have a 7100, I have to admit that in the past I've used the lanyards on my other phones. I ride a motorcycle at work and use my phone for work related calls and Direct Connects. The regular clip holsters just don't offer enough security. Became a firm believer after losing my phone on the side of the street one night. The only good thing was that it was still there when I figured out it was gone.

My new 7510 doesn't offer a lanyard loop, so I've resorted to the big flap over the top ballistic nylon case. Not at all fashionable, but it is functional.

I ride motor scooters and run through airports.

Lanyards are nice. I'm using one on the 7100t.

I think it's great....I know it's geeky but I do carry it around my neck. I just would be so heartbroken if I dropped it. Plus it's easier than to dig it out of my purse everytime the thing vibrates/rings.
