Default I'm Going Crazy Over Here! Help!

Please Login to Remove!

Ok i have my unlock code from an unlocker, Adam Roth, using the IMEI from my phone and I've tried 3 times, each time double checking the code, and each time i get "Code error; please wait.." I've tried with and without the sim.

With my SIM in i dont see this:
3. Scroll to SIM Card and select it. You should see the phone number and the SIM ID number.

neither the phone number or SIM ID number. Could this be it?

someone throw me a bone!

I think you have to put a foreign SIM card (not from your carrier) to make it work.

BE VERY CAREFUL - I believe if the SIM card unlock code fails 5 times, it will SIM card lock the phone forever.

1 Insert Cingular SIM into device
2 Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.
3 Select “Options”
4 Scroll down and select “SIM Card”
5 Type “MPED” (multitap means this will be typed in [M] [OP] [OP] [ER] [DF])
6 Type “MEP2” (multitap means this will be typed in [M] [ER] [OP] [OP] [TY])
7 Enter the Unlock Code
8 Press enter
9 Reboot device. Device is now unlocked.

When you do this, it may not appear to work, but it will...
