Default Double Ringing

I have had my 7100i for several months and this has happened twice. When I make a call the phone rings. I solved the problem both times by removing the battery to do a reset.

I think nextel uses that format. When i had the i530 (not a blackberry) and made a call with low signal it took a few seconds and the screen would say "redialing" then when it connected would ring. I don't know if that helps but thats my .02 .
