Our IT dept gets this message often, he ends up having to restart the bes every so often.
He tells me this has been going on for years..help?

That message should have nothing to do with disconnecting. I think it has something to do with trying to save items in ther users mailbox. maybe try to re-create the mapi profiles, and verify they have the proper version of mapi installed on the BES.
