I installed the latest BB 8100 software this evening and selected the option to back up the device and restore it when the OS update was complete. After about 30 minutes the process completed successfully and while the 8100 retained my contacts, appointments, and general settings, all of my non-BB applications , games, themes, and their associated settings were gone. Not really sure what happened, but the manual restore process was a big pain.

Any ideas what I did wrong?
