Hey guys, I've got a problem. I've never had this problem before until now! Yesterday I had my phone in my pocket, I took it out and unlocked it. Very responsive (on 4.7.0.87) but I unlocked it wit hthe padlock (no password) and tried to click something, it wouldn't work. All the hardware buttons worked fine, but just the touching and selecting wouldn't work! I had to do a battery pull, and it worked. Then 30 minutes later, it happened again. Then after, yesterday it was fine. Today I had my phone in my pocket again for about 20 minutes, pulled it out, unlocked it, and then same thing! Should I take my phone back? I've had it for almost a month with NO problems. This is the first. Is it dying? Should I reload the OS? Wipe it? What?! Or just take it back and get a new one? Thanks :D

Well seems you took the Storm back. Let's just hope you get it returned pronto! Ohh, I can backup now via DM. Im thinking about giving .90 a try... but still thinking on it

I would suggest .85 downgrade...might not be a faulty phone because OS can cause similar issues too. Good luck

my storm has done it about 3 times in less than 2 weeks and i just have to remove battery and wait for it to reboot. I'm not sure whether it's a fault or just a slow learner I know the software learns I may check with staff accounts as my 14 day return is tomorrow and I dont want to have a recondiditoned one in the future!
