[Blueberry muffin]

I am working with a user with an ATT 8820. We are on a BES enterprise server with corporate email. My personal email is in a separate icon but another user's is going into the personal email folder and the corporate email folder. Our BB versions and the settings are the same. I have google and he has MSN. We have tried to change the theme (both to separate and theme controlled/rebooted after changing that but to no avail.
Any ideas how to get the emails to separate?

That's the way BlackBerry devices work.... ALL email goes into the Messages icon/application and personal email goes in both - the Messages icon/app and the icon for that email account.

This can be controlled by the BES, though. What version of BES are you using?
