I am a new user; searched the forum but did not find my answer. When I enter a new appt in the calendar , I can't seem to find a way to look at the month to pick a date for the appointment. When I enter an appointment I don't always know the date, for example, I just had to enter an appointment for the saturday following thanksgiving and had to consult a paper calendar to get the actual date.

I must be missing something in my data entry method, is there a way to go to a calendar, see the date and then enter the appointment from there?

Go into calendar and use the menu to select "View Month." This will allow you to quickly scroll with the track ball to the appropriate month/day. Click on that day, and you can enter an appointment for the time that you wish to book.
