Hi...

All my incoming calls are coming through on private, though their numbers show when they call to another phone... does anybody know how to fix this?

Please, any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

I can find nothing that will force all calls to be marked private in the RIM data base. Unless you have a third party app thats causing this I would try a battery pull to reset the BB. If that does not work a call to the carrier should be made. The call indicator type comes from them.

Last resort is to replace the OS.

There maybe a Service Order Code (SOC) issue at your carrier. You may need to contact your carrier's network operations centre to have the issue addressed.

I may be confused, but if all the calls on to your device are coming as Unknown Name/Unknown Number then your Call Display/Name Display may not being sent to the device on phone call.

Otherwise, I would follow tsac's instructions.
