Where can I download previous versions of OS? Having issues with my phone and from what I've seen about caller id issues and reduced battery life with the new OS, I'm not impressed. Worst case, I'd like to have a copy of my current OS in case I decide to downgrade.

Did you check the yellow sticky at the top of the 9700 section?

Or the CD that came with the device would have what it shipped with.
