I have a problem with my blackberry.

In my BB it only shows hotspot browser, and when I want to change it I cant.When I click to browser option(browser configured or default browser )it not shows any other browser option,only shows hotspot browser.
That means I can access the internet with wifi, but not with normall internet.I have a data plan.
can anyone explain?

Do you have a Blackberry data plan?
Not a generic, included in contract data plan.

It sounds like your data plan isn't set up properly. Contact your service provider or your IT department.
