I deleted BB from my Tour a few weeks ago and now I would like to get it back. How do I do that?

Use desktop manager and put a chcek mark next to it and it will reload it for you.

I used Desktop Software version 6.0.0.43 and it did not work. I saw the BB in the list, checked it to be added, but it did not install. What am I doing wrong?
