I cant seem to get the beyond 411 website to load so I can download the OTA beyond 411 app. I also found the direct OTA link and that wont load either.

Can anyone fill me in? Is it gone?

See what others say. I don't use it now and haven't in a long while. But everytime something like you are experiencing happened, it was a temporary server problem. Drop the guy a note. If he is still registered, send him a PM. I expect he'll respond. But check his website first and see if he has posted a notice. (Search. Darned if his name isn't on the tip of my tongue and I just can't think of it this moment.)

Hey I was kind of disappointed about this. This was one of my first programs on my first berry, the 7290, years ago when it was Berry411. I had Beyond411 installed until about 6 months ago! Best of luck to you Phil! Thanks for a great app!

I had stopped following the blog. Didn't know this, but not surprised. I do recall reading Phil's post when he switched to iphone.

When I learned about Berry411 there was nothing else for it's purpose, and it was good, and free to use to boot. I gradually started trying other apps when they came out, while keeping Berry/Beyond411, then eventually deleting it as I didn't use it anymore. But still remember it fondly.

My 7290 through 9700 really enjoyed this app also though I have to admit that I haven't used it much lately. I've been fiding what I need between Telenav and Poynt. I plan to dump Telenav soon since $10/mo is a bit steep for an application I rarely use. I really wish they would come up with a pay per use scheme.
