I just upgraded from 5.0.0 to 5.0.2 today and everything went really well. I just received a call from a user saying he has 2 desktop folders on his handheld. If he hides on or moves one, it will do the same thing to the other. We do have the BESOnlyMessageApplication enabled so the users have the desktop folder for only their exchange emails (most users hide the messages folder). Has anyone experienced this? So far he is the only user that has experienced this, but its still early in the game as I just upgraded 2 hours ago.

I've seen this after an upgrade and we had to re-activate the device. The upgrade pushes the IT policy again and I'm thinking in rare instances this goes awry.

When you say reactivate, do you mean wipe the handheld and re activate? Or delete the user from the BES and readd the user. Would you mind telling me the steps you went though to fix this?

Take a look in service books and verify there's only one Desktop [CMIME] entry. If there's 2, delete both and resend service books from the BAS.

BB_Paws - that was the fix. Thank you.
A few other users had the same issue and 2 CMIME [Desktop] service books, they didn't have the issue right away, or maybe they didn't notice it right away. Once they deleted one of them the problem went away. I still don't understand how this happened, but the users are happy again.
