I've searched the forum and I've been playing around with my device, just can't see to figure out why? It just happened recently, i've never had that problem before with the storm

When I go in Sounds > Set Ring Tones/Alerts > Phone or any other ones from the drop list, it only allows me to change my profiles for LED, Vibration and Notify Me During Calls...the rest of the options like set ring tune as, volume level, in out of hoslter is not there. Can anyone help me out?

My suggestion is a wipe and full OS re-install.

If that doesn't work try giving your phone a stern talking to.

Thanks for the tip Xelha, it worked...I got a few reponses from other forums to upgrade my OS.

But before that, I took my phone aside and had a great chat with it. It got ugly with I threaten to pull her battery out, she left me with no choice and when I put her back together and when she came back to her senses, all those options were in the sounds option!

And, besides as an experienced BB user I sould have done a battery pull anyways when in doubt, but with all these 3rd party applications that allows you to reset your device, I totally forgot about that old fashion battery pull. FAIL!
