Received it this morning, upgraded to 7.0.0.336, added to my BES (4.1.7)and pleased so far.

Navigation is smoother as you knew. Higher res display is nice. The thumb tracker on mine drags the arrow in the browser to the lower right everytime I release my thumb which will make this a deal breaker if break in doesn't solve it or a replacement 9810 has the same issue.

Overall, its snappier. Haven't seen the black clock of death like I saw daily with my 9800.
