It is not a question of the device, but your carrier. If your carrier is AT&T as your profile says, then yes, it is supported.

My personal device is the Torch and my carrier is with ATT. My company's device is the Bold and its provider is Verison. Why doesn't Verison support this function?

Sorry, meant Verizon. They are a wireless provider like Sprint, T-Mobile or ATT.

LOL.

Anyway, Verizon doesn't allow call forwarding unless you pay for it. You can change the settings in the device, but the network will delete them.
