Hey guyss,

It's my first time here and I would appreciate your help.
Apparently I'm stuck with my bold 9700.

It's unlocked and I'm on Vodafone.

I have searched the internet, looked on youtube, on here and everywhere and don't seem to solve the problem.

Here's what's going on with my BB:::

1. When battery is in the red light shows and after a while it reboots and 3/4 thru it stops and restarts again.

2. When connecting to my laptop and desktop programme starts it says the following:: It cannot communicate with the connected device.

3. When doing the process of app loader, I don't get to see the unknown part but I see the bbpin

4. JL_cmder doesn't do any changes.

I have been told it's been waterdamaged. By the way, this is how it was when I got it. The time I got it I connected it with the laptop and it only boots up for a small bit and then restarts but since I tried upgrading, which failed, thru the desktop manager, it has changed now and boots alot more then before(shows in pic)

I have gone to shops and they told me it needs a reflash.

I hope to get this solved. Please help me out.

If it has water damage, either get your money back or toss it in the trash bin. Water damaged electronics are generally not fixable. Too many things can be damaged as you are seeing now.

The only thing that will "flash" is your money when the place that told you that gets it.

ohh :( so there's really no way I can get it fixed? I mean it turns on and boots but then it reboots again :/
