Default "BlackBerryMemo not found" error

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have a blackberry 7520 model phone through nextel. I am trying to use a sync program with my email through a company called Thinkpost.net

Each time I try to open the sync program that I downloaded in my blackberry, I get the following error:

Error starting blackberry_sync_plugin Class 'net.rimblackberry.api.pdap.BlackBerryMemo' not found.

Where can I go to download the BlackBerryMemo application?

If Memo Pad is not installed on the device then you'll need to use Desktop Manager and the OS installation package to reload the Memo app. Look in Options >About and get the OS version on your handheld.

Then go to the link below to find the OS for your device.

Ok, dumb question. I downloaded the OS from the link you included above. How do I get this added from my desktop manager?

How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ

There should be a line for Memo Pad in the checklist of installed applications.

Ok, I did exactly that. Im still being told that the BlackBerryMemo can not be found. I have an older 7520 being used with Nextel. I dont know if that is the issue or not. I cant seem to get any support from the vendor Think Post.

I guess it will not work for my model.
