Is it true, if my blackberry continuously denies I have login with real trading account information, that blackberry is the problem behind my broker's trading app and I need a non blackberry to solve this issue?

I have many Android apps loaded . Do a search for "side loading" to add most not all Android apps to a blackberry running OS10

Sorry my posting was not clear on my situation. What I meant was my Z10 will not let me login into the trading platform of my broker's app. I have already installed the app inside the phone.

Ok , so that's a bit different.
I have tried Fidelity and a few others and some wont allow access without the ability to start in HTTPS secure mode. You might try calling the company and see if they can offer some further info for your model phone.
The statement "works best" tells me they do have some issues with phones. A lot of company's have developed one app for one phone and sometimes it will work on other phones and sometimes not.

Weird, the app just cannot perform a login.

And the broker reaffirmed the same thing, they don't support blackberry.

You are using a Z10 and the application on the web site does state they DO support the BB OS 10 devices. all I can think of is you have some type of carrier restriction. If the company states they do but the broker states no, I would question them or ask for a different person to discuss this with. Using the Android app and using the various applications that will load Android apps on the BB it should work.

It is not a carrier problem. The app isn't compatible with BB10.
