Exclamation How do I store new theme

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

I want to download new themes from internet and store in my Bb8900.
I have downloaded several themes but I don't know how to transfer them to my Bb. I tried transferring through the desktop manager and it went to roxio and then I copied the theme in several folders. I could not locate the Theme folder so I copied in pictures folder.
But it is not seen in that folder on my Bb.
Can anyone help please.

Rajeev

You need to download them from your BB, they will then install to your phone, and be found to be used in Options - Theme.

You don't.
As said above, you need to download them from your BB.

Are you using Plazmic? You have the option to save as a jad file, which you transfer to your phone, and click on to install.

It won't.
You are storing them on a SD card presumbly(?), you don't use desktop manager, just plug in as mass storage mode. drag and drop the .jad AND corresponding .cod files to the sd card.
Then search the sd card for those files, click the jad file and it will ask to install it.

Themes are not viewable until they are installed.

when you plug in your BB with the USB cable, you should receive a prompt on your BB asking you whether you want to activate mass storage mode. Click yes, and then go to my computer. You should find your device, and your SD card there. Hope this helps.

you install via desktop manager for those type of files.

plazmic is a theme creator.
google it.
