How does BlackBerry intend to sell their existing stock of Playbooks and new 4G Playbooks when you can't even purchase accessories? I've been trying to purchase a charging stand and the keyboard cover for months now with no luck.

It's hard to keep defending RIM when stuff like this happens. It also makes the rumors about RIM's demise seem true when you can't order accessories for their underselling flagship products.

Has anyone else been able to place orders for PB accessories?

I don't see any shortage of BlackBerry accessories. The BlackBerry mini keyboard is available on the Crackberry store. It was sold out for a while as the initial demand far exceeded the initial supply but it has been avaible for some time now. Cases, chargers, cables are readily available on Amazon and eBay. The charging stand is available on Crackberry also.

I've found accessories at my local Wal-Mart....including the Bluetooth keyboard.

I use Amazon for ALL my BlackBerry accessories and their MUCH cheaper than carrier and department stores.

I just picked up a rapid charger at Radio Shack for $15.
