You can see the fuzz in the screen in the top left hand corner, its really only frustrating when your looking at a white screen. I was told before I got my 9700 that it is pretty easy to remove the bezel and clean the behind the screen but I never got around to buying the hex screw driver you need to do it. They sell them at Sears though. The only other cosmetic issue are some scratches on the silver part of the back case but that is from going in and out of a clip that I used to have for it. Im still looking for the holster and box so if I find those ill send them too but if not, im only guaranteeing what you see above, wall charger, phone, battery and data cable.
