Default CDMA Blackberry for Boost Mobile?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any truth to the rumor that Boost Mobile will launch a CDMA Blackberry running on the Sprint network for the $50/month no contract plan in January?

Sprint has no plans to put a BlackBerry with data on Boost. If you want BB data, get Sprint. Boost is designed for talk and text. There are no plans afoot to expand Boost capabilities.

Please post links. You have no credibility with only one post on this site.

Also, do not attempt to post in all caps.

Smile ojaychavez IS RIGHT

Boost will drop a CDMA black berry on January 13th. It's over for guys like Metro PCS and Kricket. Love my Boost service, and gonna love it even more with the blackberry in a few days.

Default Boost Mobile $60 UNLIMITED

I don't know who is advertising $50 a month for everything, as Boost Mobile customer service and its website says $60 a month. Not sure its worth it, as Boost still experiencing some technical difficulties around the USA.

Of course it is worth it at $60.00 a month if you need need BIS, because it is probably 1/3 to 1/2 less than other Blackberry service carriers. Boost mobile doesn't have any more "technical difficulties" than any other carrier, after all it runs on the Sprint network.

Not 100% true. Yes, boost is owned by Sprint. The coverage map is much smaller on CDMA BOOST compared to Sprint.

Boost won't roam on verizon towers. Boost won't roam at all. That's the difference between Boost and Sprint when it comes to coverage. Don't believe me? Look at their coverage map.

And in comparison, the CDMA boost coverage is just as large as the iDEN network.

Me personally, I would NEVER get a prepaid carrier, no matter how cheap it is.

Well it offical just seen it in the bestbuy paper today they got the 8330 curve for $239.oo. Everything unlimited for $60. All them other carries going to have to drop there plans cause they would lose out big time I pay $135 a month for my service with AT&T. And that's just one. Line 900 roller minute unlimited text and web. And my tmobile plan that my girl got she pays $119 for two lines so other carriers are going to lose out big if they don't change there plans asap
