At 8:30am this morning EST our BB's completely stopped working, no emails come in and go out even via PIN number, and no messages are going through Blackberry Messenager.

We have restarted our Exchange and BES servers to no avail.

This will be the true effect of the outage. Everyone who has even a blip in their service will start screaming outage to anyone who will listen.

I've had consistent service all day.

I haven't had any issues today, seems to be working in MA. Data, phone, e-mail, text, it's all good.
