Default Can't delete a text message and a ring tone

Please Login to Remove!

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening everyone

I have only had my 8310 Curve for a few days but have encountered the following problems.

1) I transferred several ringtones using Desktop Manager/Media Manager and they all were ok except for one that I subsequently tried to delete but can't... When I open the ring tone I get a blank 'play & stop' screen with no title of the tone displayed etc. When I go into Properties the following message is displayed '/Device Memory/home/user/ringtones/Casino Rolale.mp3Audio File
Last modified 1 Jan 1970 00:00'. Try as I might to delete it, I can't!

2) On the start screen I have one of the first messages that I received displayed. I can open it and read the text however I can't delete despite having deleted all messages from the main message menu where (obviously) it is no longer displayed.

I hope someone can help please.

Dave

1.) Try a battery pull

2.) Goto messages>menu>View Saved Messages (Is it in there? If so delete from this screen)

If that fails goto:

Good Luck!
