I cannot seem to get gmail and hotmail sent and receive working in past hour or so. Anyone else ???

I was looking at the dataoutages.com feeds area earlier b4 I posted here and that showed nothing. I just found outages sectiion and it says "bis 2.6 upgrade" !!!
