Can anybody stream utube or other media via wifi..edge works great but on wifi I only get loading in media player then error. Will this work in final build????

I get the same message "An error has occurred attempting to play media" when using Wifi.

I'm using 4.5.0.42 on an 8120 T-Mobile branded and I can stream youtube just fine on my wifi connection.

can you check your browser settings and let us know how you have them set so we can try it?

My youtube was working perfect after the initial install of 4.5.0.42 now it choppy or i get the error message

Did anybody get this working via wi-fi?
I can stream via GPRS, but it is too broken and corrupted to watch.
When it uses wi-fi i get the error "An error has occurred attempting to play the media"
Anybody have this working on .42 ??

I've only gotten it to work once out of about twenty tries, very weird. The only consistency is that the one time it worked, I was at work and it doesn't work at home. Any updates and/or tips from anyone else?

same youtube streaming problem here.

Good Wi-Fi connection
8820 on AT&T
4.5.0.69 (platform 2.7.0.72) with WLAN 2.3.0.72
Voice/GSM/GPRS/EDGE turned off
BIS/BES/browsing/YIM works great over Wi-Fi
"an error has occurred attempting to play media" in BB media player

works fine with Wi-Fi off and EDGE on

I load Youtube just fine over Wi-Fi on tmob bb 8320... with newest OS.. I think you gotta have a pretty fast Wi-Fi connection cause I was on a slower Wi-Fi and mine created an error then...I dunno about over edge
