- You need to use Google to find the proper beta operating system. We are not allowed to post those links in this forum. It is not hard to find.
- Remove the existing device software if you have installed it on your workstation.
- Install the updated device software.
- Connect your BB via USB to your workstation.
- Start your Desktop Manager, which should then prompt you to upgrade your BB.

1. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.
The process takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how much data you have to backup and restore during the process. Once it's done loading the new OS it will reboot (it may do this twice during the entire process.) You will see a white screen with an hourglass for up to 20 minutes at a time while the DM says "waiting for initialization."
If, for some reason, you end up with a white screen with small icons and the number 507, simply connect to the PC again and run Loader.exe again and it should load the OS to the device.

We are not allowed to post the links to beta operating systems. Google should help you find it. It is out there.

I have just found that my browser is not loaded. It will start to load and then say that i need to have browser configuration service book entries. i need to contact my provider.
What do i need to do to fix this?
Nevermind found the anwser.
Had to register now under host routing table in the advanced options.

well i've been runnin .90 half the day now and the things i've notice are the lock and unlock much quicker, switching apps opening and closing now snap instead of fade, the screen is very responsive, smooth no longer choppy motions and as for the new full keyboard just a hair too small for me and still leaking memory at the same rate as .75 and aerize works now before it never offered a delete option now it does

downloading NOW! hopeing i have the same luck as some have sounds AWESOME!
ready to test out the portrait qwerty since im DEFINATELY not a liker of the sure type and muti tap is nothing like on a normal cell not to worried bout camera problems since i dont use it unless its an only resort ive got a 6mega pixle so i dont need to use the 3.2 for pictures i plan on taking and if i dont plan on taking pictures its because i dont care about remembering it.
the lock and portrait landscape speed would be nice though i hate trying to turn mid browser and it takes a minute to switch (specially when im trying to show off how awesome my storm is) kinda embarrassing.

2 f anyone?
I installed .90 and it seems to work fine.
However on my home screen or any folder screen I have "2 f" appearing at the top of the screen and below the time and date. The 2 is a white numeral on the black background and the f is lower case in a tiny blue box.
Rebooting didn't help . . . it's not a problem just a curiosity

Plug the charger in for 2-3 hours and THEN, with it still plugged, remov the battery and reboot the BB. Let it reboot and continue to to charge to 100%.

I did notice a problem with the font size while on a call. Say's My Number and the actual phone number begins on top of the R ... Works fine, just looks a little funny.
