My phone stopped ringing at all. Everytime someone call me the phone wouldn't ring and wouldn't make any sound on the videos either. A friend of mine said to do the battery pull but now i've got another problem. The phone won't turn on and the red light is flashing. I need the phone working so please help. The phone is less than 1 month old and has never falled on the floor.

I manage to fix the phone and is now turning on but still won't ring if anyone calls me. Can anyone help me???
