Unavailable xml and ECMAScript libraries

Hello,
i got a problem with a 8800 : when i try to install the device software (i need to install the mds runtime on my device) i get an error that says :
Unavailable applications (net.rim.platform.ecmascript)
Unavailable applications (net.rim.blackberry.xml)
The installation via desktop manager goes further anyway and i have a mds runtime in my list of apps but can't activate it and use it.
Can i download those libraries somewhere or somehow retrieve them ?
