On Wednesday (2 days ago) I went to look at an email. My phone froze then shut down. It now won't turn on or charge. I've taken the battery and sim card out for 5 minutes and put them back. I've tried updating software. I've tried seeing if lint caused it. My charger is working fine just not the phone. I've tried everything but nothing happens. Please help!

Unless you have a defective battery and have tried a different one it may be a hardware issue.
Did you let the battery run dead before charging? drop the phone? get it wet or have it in a high humid room like a shower or sauna?

Before you send it in for repairs or replacement if still under warrantee borrow a battery and see if it helps.
You can also try going to a phone store and try to get them to let you try one. If that works then buy it and make sure the charge never goes below 25%
