That looks great! But holy crap, $50 for a phone holster and a case... That's alot of ching for some plastic parts.

Don't get me wrong, it looks really nice. Just seems that 1/4 of the cost of the phone for a case and holster is a bit much. Is the sapphire blue case blue all the way through, or just on the rubberized coating?

that is my issue with Seidio, they are way over priced.
I can get the same product on ebay made in china for 5 bucks free shipping,
don't get me wrong, the quality on ebay is not the same, but I can buy 10 holster for that price.
some marking research from Seidio folks to set competitive pricing will help a lot in this economy.

The cases look great. But a clipon holster? Does it come with Seidio's GarmetWashed PocketProtector too?

I'm not thrilled about the top of the case, but I guess that can't be helped due to the design of the 8900 itself.

BTW: How do we preorder?

I will tell you what, I have been using these cases on my BB's since I had the 8703 and you get what you pay for. I will continue to use them. I have a 9530 and it would cost me $500.00 dollars to replace it if I broke it, not paying for the insurance. Not cheap, it's just a pain. So I really don't mind paying for a great case and holster. You are also paying for great customer service. They are always on here to help someone with a problem, you won't see an Ebay dealer from China doing that.

Yeah - I have to agree with zerog46. I've had the innocase and holster for the 8820 and it is terrific. Works very well and is very low profile so that you can use it as the phone only or in the clip. I like the fact that there isn't any "raised point" on the back of the plastic case to fit into a "swivel clip". Those styles, are irritating to me. Seidio is really a professional group with great products.

Is the new 8900 Innocase II compatible with the 8320 Seidio Innocase Charging Cradle?

If not will you offer up a free shipping coupon on future orders if I splurge for the new 8900 Innocase II now? I can't have a Seidio Case without a Seidio Charging Cradle!?!?!?!

Innocase II Surface Combo, Black
I'm not interested in the black. Are we expecting pre-orders for the other colors soon?

Question

When it comes to the case/skin that actually goes around the BB...what is it made out of? Is it like the rubberized skin?

Nevermind....I just found the answer to this ?

I totally agree you do get what you pay for, I didn't like paying $30 for my stupid curve plastic clip holster at AT&T, but I could walk out of the store and not wait for shipping so I did it.

My friend actually went through 3 cases from seidio that broke on him one way or another. He's also rough on his phones and a freak of nature around electronics so I keep that in mind. (Pretty much anything electronic he gets into doesn't work right or he kills it.)

Still eyeballing the case though, the chrome trim is just too nice to get beat up daily.

I'd really like a silicone sleeve that would open up in the back 30% up from the bottom so it could be slipped off easily for cradle charging and would still protect all the corners.

I'll see how much coverage and protection the invisible shield gives me...

I can't speak for the new 8900 Innocase II because I haven't tried it. I can speak for the Innocase I have had on my 8320 for a year now. This case makes my phone feel indestructable and believe me I've put it threw hell. After a year of use there is still no damage at all to the case.

I was one of those folks yelling about the cost of these cases over a year ago and I cringed when I hit the buy button shelling out all that money. But from the moment I put it on my 8320 last January until today (my 8900 showed up today... goodbye 8320) I've been perfectly satisfied with the case and my 8900 feels naked and fragile without it.

I hate to sound like a damn commercial especially in a thread where they are trying to sell it to us but for real.... I want my damn Seidio Innocase II today and I want a damn charging cradle to go with it... and I want a damn combo price for getting both at the same time! Sorry I'm a little excited!

I've touched the Innocase for a different model (Pearl) and still say it is too expensive. It also broke in a few months (poor tab design).
