Question Restore Factory Settings

Please Login to Remove!

I wanna sell this phone to a friend. How can I wipe everything off it including the settings, etc, I couldn't find the restore factory option.

Don't forget to clear the BIS account so the buyer can register it for themselves.

That's the system that runs your network and holds your PIN. The PIN is a specific ID that identifies your device. You will need to remove this acct or no one else will be able to use the phone. Based on your question, rather than I explain just contact your carrier on this.

is it possible to wipe a bold 9000 from the desktop manager, not from the phone itself?

From desktop manager, you can choose the add/remove apps and eliminate backup option. So the answer is yes.
