Idokorro (now Rove software) has an application that will allow this.

I'm using RDM+. It is the only one I could get to work with BIS. If you're on a BES though I'd go with Rove.

Rove Mobile Desktop works fine with BIS, can you explain what your problems with BIS were?

Any other alternatives?

I found out the Rove software cost $95, it's really expensive, considering a brand new Curve only cost us $75.

Default Remote Desktop for BB 8830 and 8330

I'm also looking for a Remote Desktop application for my 8830 and 8330. I liked the PCMobilizr by Rove, but it lacked two security aspects our organization requires, app must be able to lock out the desktop view during a remote session and the app must allow authentication with our RSA server.

I tried Mobile Desktop, but it also doesn't support RSA interaction per Rove support.

I'm going to try RDM+ next to see how it works. Does anyone know of any other Remote applications that are solid and work with the Blackberry paltform?

Can anyone post some screen shots or explain how useful remote desktop is on the small screen of the Curve vs iphone? I am in the market for a phone for the sole reason of remote desktop. iPhone has the edge but is really expensive. I really like the way I can zoom real easy with the iphone and was wondering how easy/hard it is to move around applications and mouse clicks while using the curve. When you see the full desktop is it too small to read anything? When you are in zoom mode how easy is it to manuver around?

thanks
Eric
