my trackpad dosent work!pls help!
its like this... my blacberry curve 8520 fell from the 2nd floor to the ground floor... the screen,LCD are all right bt my trackpad dosent work anymore... any possible solutions without spending money for a new trackpad?pls help...

You can open it up yourself and see if there is something loose that you can just plug back in. YouTube has tons of videos on taking your model BB apart and putting it back together.

As aiharkness stated, you shouldn't lose a finger or anything like that by opening your BlackBerry. However, you will void the warranty. If you don't want to go down that route, do you have wireless insurance? If so, perhaps making a claim is the best option.

Checking the trackpad and/or changing it isn't that difficult to do if you don't mind tinkering with gadgets.

I rebuilt a Honda carburetor one time. I had no idea there would be so many o-rings that looked alike but were different. I didn't get hurt but I regreted starting the job. I should have just bought a rebuilt one. Thought instead I would have fun and learn something.
