Do you find that the max volume is just not loud enough? I'm debating whether or not to bring it back and try a different one

Yea I have one that I had from my T-Mobile MDA and it seems louder with the MDA then the Pearl I have now. It's usable thought but I wish it could go louder.

i have used the 500 on three different blackberrys and two different phones and have had no volume issues with it

The people I call say that they hear an echo when they talk. I don't have thus echo but notice that when I turn the volume down all the way down, the echo goes away. However, at minimum volume I can't hear a bomb going off. How can I turn up the volume on my headset and down on the BB so there is no ECHO!
