If you think that is bad with the 7520, wait until you and the other PTT person starts to get "USER BUSY IN DATA" when you try to walkie-talkie. Evidently no fix for that either! Nextel claims it is when you or the other party is browsing on the internet, but that is not the only time the message occurs. I have people get that message during a PTT session when I am not on the internet.
