I am currently using the 7520 and have searched for a solution to this problem but have not been able to locate an answer. When I am using the dierct connect function the 7520 returns to the previous screen very quickly. Often within 1 or 2 seconds sometimes even quicker . Are there any upgrades to correct this problem?

That is one of the draw backs of the BB. No Fixes at this time. I had the 7520 and now I have the 7100i and it does the same darn thing...
Same with the number of rings.. you can't change...

you can change the number of rings call nextel and get them to add ringtime extensions its free but screen return you are out of luck on

If you think that is bad with the 7520, wait until you and the other PTT person starts to get "USER BUSY IN DATA" when you try to walkie-talkie. Evidently no fix for that either! Nextel claims it is when you or the other party is browsing on the internet, but that is not the only time the message occurs. I have people get that message during a PTT session when I am not on the internet.
