Well, I really hope that everything works out ok. But business is business, you take the money, provide the service. As simple as that.

Since he supposedly had our codes Tuesday and since he has not returned either phone or over 8 emails, I jave given up on this guy and his company. He really let me down and I am very disappointed as he has my money and I do not have my code . Unless he is seriously ill (which being a surgeon is possible but unlikely with an appendectomy), I hope to get the code elsewhere. Ari, if you are out there this is really unfair. At least let us know you are alive. I fear you are enjoying the Memorial Day weekend while I am still without my code. Very unfair.

Silence is deafening. No contact. What a shame.

GOT SOME NEWS:
I started a case through paypal several days ago, after numerous unsucsesfull attempts to contact anyone from unlockblackberry.org
Finally, some time ago I got a respond from our "friend" - "codes will be posted in 48 hours or full refund will be issued". For some reason I don't believe this? because he already promised me a full refund once, if my code would not be ready over a week ago. Let's all hope for the best. Keep each other updated. Cheers.

When you say "some time ago" could you be a little more specific? Was this in the past 24 hours? Sorry to be a pain but I really would like to know prior to my getting involved in stopping payment with my credit card company. Thanks.

Well, I got some sort of response which doesn't really give me any information at all. This is via my Paypal claim and all I got was "shipper: virtual item and item: virtual item" as a response. That doesn't help me at all. This was yesterday (just got the info this morning).

Some time = Over a week ago, closer to two. Sorry for not being specific.

Looks like he copy/pasted the wrong text.

By the way, is there a time limit on paypal for claiming fraud? Isn't it like 20 days?

Paypal gives up to 20 days for the buyer and seller to resolve the issue before escalating...but you can escalate it earlier. I did escalate earlier because it has been an ongoing issue for nearly two weeks before I even started the Paypal dispute process. All I needed was some sort of communication from them but it didn't happen.

Just got my code, it works too! Trying to get my money back as well, as he promised.
If any of you are looking to unlock the phone and you are comfortable waiting for a month and dealing with lots of bullcrap, be sure to use this service, otherwise it's terrible.

Finally got my code as well and yes it worked.

His service does work. Communication could use some work. Had he done just that, I think much of this headache could have been avoided.
