Just pick up a new one. Hopefully it's the last.

The good news is the keyboard on this one is much better. On the old one, all the keys rattled, like on one of those old slider puzzles where you had to get all the squares in order...

So what does this all mean?

We need an Excel spreadsheet stat!
Just go back to your store and tell the manager you've read on BlackBerryForums.com that this is a known issue and you want a new one. Had the same problem with the one I bought the first day released. Manager acknowledged there is a build quality issue with one of the factories (I can't recall which factory she said it is). She checked box codes to ensure I got one from a different factory. No problems with the new one.

I guess that was my point.
I have NONE of the build quaility issues others seem to have.

NO Loose slider
NO Loose buttons
NO creeky battery door
NO software issues

so I'm guessing Built in Mexico 4 = GOOD!
