When I open a sms message there is a black square before the date/ time received on all the messages. Does everyone see this? Is this by design?

I am running 8320 4.5.0.75/4.5.0.52

I think your referring to the "Voice Mail" icon.

After testing, I beleive it is bugged, once you receive a voice mail for the first time, the icon will appear but will not dissappear once messages are deleted.

I just upgraded to and I noticed the black square that you are talking about. I don't know if its a bug, but it feels like i'm missing something there...

Oh I see what your talking about now.

The black squares you are getting should be little icons, like envelopes.

I beleive I have this problem when I upgraded but I think changing of the theme fixed it.

Edit: Sorry, i was wrong again. I was thinking about another area ofthe phone. Those black squares are there and actually dont bother me

Yea it's just a bullet to tell you when the next message is there...I thought I remember it being in 4.2 as well but could be wrong. Get used to it. Don't let it ruin your day lol
