Default Orange Extras

Please Login to Remove!

I recently upgraded to a blackberry online via my orange account. On top of my canary 10 plan I chose to add the standard 500mb mobile internet extra for 5 a month. Having done a bit of research since then I have realised that I could have added the email extra for the same amount. This essentially enabling BIS. Am I correct in thinking that this would give me the use of the push email service as well as giving me 500mb of data that I could use to browse online? If that is the case it's a bit of a no brainer that I would have chosen the email extra had I known this.

I have been back on my orange account today and added the email / BIS extra. When I tried to look at current bundles though I could not see anything relating to any kind of data plan. I am now waiting on a text from orange to inform they have activated the new bundle.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm a bit confused about this matter.

You would be better calling Orange and asking. There may be someone here who will see your post and know the answer, but maybe not, and probably not soon.

I was on Dolphin 25, got free minutes, unlimited texts and 500MBs.

Got the Blackberry and rang Orange, and they kept me on Dolphin 25 but added the Blackberry data plan. Should cost you an extra 5 for everything to do with BB.

Give them a ring, and ask them to activate the Blackberry data...
